We at Hallas will begin processing your order when the payment has been confirmed. When it has been confirmed the buyer will get a confirmation email.
You can pay with a credit card, Icelandic creditcard, Netgíró or transactions. Card payments will go through a secure payment gateway from Korta, therefore Hallas will never receive any credit-/debit card info.
Our orders are sent through the Islandspostur and can be picked up at the nearby post office. The shipment cost is 1500 ISK p. stretcher. Shipment time is about 1-4 business days.
If you choose to pickup your purchase at Breiðuvík 16, 112 Reykjavík, it will be done in an agreement with Hallas.
Products can be returned up to 14 days from purchase. Please note that when you return products all price labels need to be attached to the product. The product must be returned unused. To return a product please send us an email at email@example.com or call us: +354 772 4646. When returned we offer store credit or barter. Note that when the product is returned the buyer is responsible for the product until it has been received. Buyer pays for shipping when the product returned. Returns shall be sent at the address of Hallas.
If the buyer has received a damaged or a wrong product, it must be informed to us as soon as possible and we will take full responsibility for it.
Hallas has the right to change prices without notice. All information and prices are released with possibilities of typos. Hallas reserves the right to cancel an order if it finds that the product is incorrectly labeled, priced or sold out. In those cases, customers will be refunded.
Information will not be disclosed to a third party under any circumstances, unless such an obligation towards the law.
Law and venue:
These terms and conditions are subject to Icelandic law. Any dispute between Hallas and the client must be dealt with by the Icelandic courts.
